Signs of Spring are breaking out everywhere in my yard, which makes me happy...
I can hardly wait to get started on my vegetable garden and it looks as if that time is fast approaching. That is, if we don't have another freak snowstorm in April, like we did last year. That freeze even fooled the mesquite, which is a rarety in these parts.

Growing older takes a seriously sick sense of humor, not to mention emotional & physical stamina.... it isn't for the weak minded or faint of heart, I assure you.
I will try to guide you through the aging process with a little humor, tales from the past entwined with stories of today, tips you'll need to keep from looking & acting like an old hag, and the music you'll need to listen to in order to stay "young at heart". Or at least put up a good appearance.

I LOVE gardens - and I love that things are starting to bloom. Spring is really here...and, blessings from on high, it rained! YAH!!!
Except now I'm freezing my buns off today, lol.
