I hope I have the wherewithal to get this done in the midst of preparing the Thanksgiving meal. I'm going with the Dry Brined Roast Turkey again this year, after last year's success. Man, was that turkey moist!
The Prodigal Son will be driving in from Austin tonight (only able to stay a few days due to classes at St. Edwards) and Snooty Daughter is driving in from Dallas tomorrow. SD can only come home for 2 days, which are the days that the SMU law library is closed. Everyone always says the first year of law school is the toughest, but they never met SD. She's the one who, at 4 years old, refused to get in the boat and rode a gawd-awful, ancient water sled on the roughest water we'd ever been on, all the way across Lake Buchanan back to the house.
Ugh. I so long for nothing to do. Why does everything have to be all jammed into 2 months? Anyway, I hope everyone (especially anyone still reading my blog) has a VERY HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
Since Blogger won't allow me to post any more pictures, I guess I'm done. Hello Wordpress, here I come, as soon as I can find the time...

Happy Thanksgiving to all in the House of Snooty!! I have to go to the grocery today. Seriously, why did I put it off until the day before Thanksgiving?!? Just shoot me now.
I make cranbanero jelly. What do you mean Blogger won't let you post anymore photos? I need to talk to you on Monday if at all possible. My guy is talking about switching my WP blog over to Blogger, next week. If there's a big problem with Blogger I need to know, soon. Enjoy your T-day kiddo.
you can't get rid of me girl, I'm faithful!
Happy day of thanks to you and yours. Enjoy all the food and fuss, and then relax!
Happy Thanksgiving!! You can? I mean you can delicious things? Wow. The whole sentence sounds ridiculous. You put fresh stuff in mason jars? I love it! Hope you had a wonderful time :)
Hope you had a blast with your family!

I know I've asked you before, but you've never told me what Chow Chow is.
Sit down and put your feet up for a few minutes, Hon! All that work will still be there!
Hope your turkey was all that!
