There were so many people we had not seen in FOREVER! It was fun seeing everyone but there was only bad wine and beer being served and the light snacks turned out to be something we both had to discreetly spit into napkins and toss in the trash. So much for dinner.There was also an after party but Mr. Snoots is playing in the 40th Reunion Golf Tournament at 8:30 AM tomorrow and needed his beauty rest, so we came home after about an hour and a half. Needless to say, we didn't make the after party.
This is a quick pic of one of my bridesmaids from 33 years ago (she's the one on the far left). Take note that she's drinking in both pictures. That's why she was my bridesmaid. One. Fun. Friend. And, she's a breast cancer survivor. She's awesome.We couldn't figure out why we haven't contacted one another for so long! Tommorow night will be much more fun since it will be at the country club with a band and what they billed as *heavy hors d'oeurves* and full bar. Hello. It will be much more fun seeing all these people with a couple of martinis under my belt, thank you!
