I No Longer Live In The Dark Ages... Hello World!

Last Christmas Mr. Snoots gave me an iPod Touch but the only thing that worked on it was the music from my iTunes account and the calculator. Now that we have AT&T U-verse (which means Wi-Fi), I have a whole new world to discover. It's actually identical to the iPhone, just without it being a phone.

So far, I have discovered quite a few things on my own, which surprised even me. I can now check my email or send out emails, write notes to myself, check the weather, pull up maps of the entire world, watch videos on YouTube, play my Glee tunes, watch videos and I can tweet. For. Free. Me! Tweeting. I also bought the new Nike cross-trainer tennis shoes that you buy the chip for, but haven't gotten the chip for them yet. I'm way excited about this new development so you might not hear from me until I can figure out how to make blog posts from the The Touch.....

Suddenly I'm feeling like quite the modern savvy woman and that I'm not nearly as technologically challenged as I previously thought. I have a brain and I used it. Who knew?

Wishing everyone a very happy, safe and fun Memorial Day weekend!

With MPM on this, Mr. Snooty, someone wants an iphone....

I now look back and wonder how I ever managed to be away form the house without checking my email 5 times a day...

So, explain this tweet thing. I heard about a tweet I wanted to read, so signed up for Twitter...but couldn't find the tweet. I was all a-twitter. Gave up! ;)

My son and his iTouch are inseparable. I'm hoping to have an iPhone in my future so I haven't thought about getting an iTouch yet.
