Have You Ever....

Have you ever.... tried to cook a crab and blue cheese souffle with only the top coil in your oven working?



Yeah. Me either....





It actually wasn't that bad. I sure hope the new ovens come in this week.

Never tried to cook a souffle, ever, in 36 years of marriage. TBO doesn't eat shellfish, nor blue cheese. I may come to your house when your ovens come in. BTW, It looks like it tastes yummy!
